Here are 4 more training activities that I have used with my school team so far this season.
Some activities are progressions from the same activity from the week(s) before and some train a specific aspect we wanted to focus on from the previous week.
As always we depend on the training numbers between the 2 teams (senior B’s and C’s) and also on the mix of what we get from both teams so we can start with a great plan but if the numbers and players available don’t quite fit then we change it or we change the activity on the swap.
Not ideal, but that’s coaching isn’t it?
