A Diablo Immortal character can be maxed out for $150,000 AUD

In the mobile game world (and unfortunately – and increasingly – in other game worlds too) a “whale” refers to a big spender. It seems like, Diablo Immortal hopes to attract and entice whales to do just that in an effort to make the most of their in-game characters.

A new video from Bellular News (via Game Rant) has looked at leveling up in the new mobile and PC title and concluded that it would cost $110,000 USD – or more than $150,000 AUD – to create a single character. to fully utilize.

Microtransactions come into play with Legendary Gems, an item used in one of Immortal‘s progression systems – and one that is not available to those who participate in the free-to-play systems. Bellular’s Matt says those who want to stick to free-to-play systems can fully maximize their characters in about a decade.
