Representatives for the 42-year-old TV personality told TMZ Monday that Margera was at a hotel in Deerfield Beach, Florida, where Broward Sheriff’s deputies and a crisis intervention team were there to speak with the troubled TV star.

Margera’s parents Phil and April Margera attended an intervention with the Jackass alum, his representatives told the outlet, and other family members called to talk to him during the emotional time span.

The latest: Bam Margera, 42, was at a hotel in Deerfield Beach, Florida, on Monday, where Broward Sheriff’s officers and a crisis intervention team were on the scene to talk to the troubled TV star and take him to rehab.

Insiders close to Margera said he asked to see his son Phoenix, four, and authorities told him he would need further treatment before that would be allowed.

Margera agreed to move to a new rehab facility and went there Monday night.

Margera was found after his wife Nicole Boyd Margera publicly asked the Jackass alum to go back to the Florida rehab he’d been to. A representative for Nicole, 38, told TMZ earlier on Monday that she wanted him to return to the LifeSkills residence in Deerfield Beach, Florida and finish his program there.

Nicole, who shares four-year-old son Phoenix with Bam, says she’s concerned about his well-being and doesn’t know where he might be since he left the facility, her rep said.

Insiders close to the Viva La Bam star, whose full name is Brandon Cole Margera, told the outlet that the reality star left the facility out of concern he wouldn’t see his son again, and that he’s concerned he won’t be able to. to raise him while he’s in rehab.

Nicole’s representative said she believes she has been unfairly blamed for his departure from the facility, as she said she supported him by moving from California to Florida.

She said she prayed for Bam to return to the facility and continue his treatment.

Nicole spoke out days after Bam left the facility for the second time in as many weeks.

A spokesman for the Broward County Sheriff’s Office told Page Six that Bam was “wearing a black shirt, black sweatpants and black sneakers” when he was last seen at the facility at 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

Margera spent the better part of a year in rehab after a September 2021 incident in which authorities answered an emotional distress call at the Don CeSar Hotel in St. Pete Beach, Florida. Officials transported Margera to a local rehab facility in response to a legal order requiring police to take him to rehab.

On June 13, Margera was reported missing in rehab in Delray Beach, Florida, and found two days later at a local hotel.

Sources told TMZ that those police and a crisis intervention team returned Margera to another rehab facility and that he did not resist. Insiders told the outlet that Margera probably won’t relapse, and was annoyed that he wasn’t getting “special treatment” from the staff at the first facility, prompting him to leave.
