There is always a Disney employee involved in such operations, said Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd
Police officers and officers in Polk County, Florida, have arrested a Disney World bus driver for attempting to ask a 15-year-old girl to have sex. Eleven other suspected child predators were also apprehended during the operation. Several months earlier, four Disney workers were rounded up by agents in a similar sting.
The Polk County Police Department announced Friday that the 12 suspects had been arrested during a two-week undercover operation. The 12 suspects face a total of 49 felony charges, and four were arrested after appearing to meet people they believed were children. “sexually assaulting them”, said the sheriff.
Among those arrested was Zachary Hudson, a 30-year-old bus driver at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. Hudson spoke online with an undercover detective posing as a 15-year-old girl, to whom he said: “age is just a number” and “described the things he wanted to do to her sexually”, according to deputies. Hudson would have said he would be “honoured” to take the girl’s virginity, and “sent her a nude photo of herself.”
He has been charged with using a two-way communication device to commit a crime, and once for sending material harmful to a minor.
“What would an operation – a pornography investigation or predator operation or human trafficking operation – be without a Disney employee? We always have a Disney employee.” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd told local media.
Four Disney employees, including a lifeguard at the resort, were arrested in March in a similar operation targeting people smugglers and child predators. ‘Four arrests of this magnitude is simply remarkable’ Judd commented at the time. Last August, three Disney employees were arrested for sex with agents posing as children between the ages of 13 and 14.
Two of the Disney employees, who worked at Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme park, were arrested when they showed up at a pre-arranged location thinking they were having a threesome with a 13-year-old girl.
Sheriff Judd described those arrested as: “incredible deviations” and “Dirty, nasty, nasty people,” reporters tell “we can’t even use the words they used.”
