A dentist wants to fill a Division 4 seat in the October 24 municipal elections.
Stephan Kinach, a Sault-born, Ukrainian-trained dentist who is awaiting clearance to practice in Canada, submitted his nomination papers Monday.
Deadline to submit paperwork is Friday, August 19 at 2 p.m.
