This is when hundreds of festival-goers take cover after a sudden downpour drenched Parklife. Thousands of people were caught unprepared around 4.15pm on Sunday as the rain came in a heavy but short-lived eruption.
Since most wore shorts, glitter, and sunglasses, their only protection from the elements came from a trusty bucket hat.

The first day, Saturday, may have given the public a false sense of security as it was dry for most of the day. However, the ravers’ luck ran out this afternoon.
What started as a few showers turned into a sudden downpour, forcing many to flee for cover. They used shrubs, trees and food stalls to protect themselves from the wet weather.

However, the rain could not dampen the spirits and soon the sun broke through again and the arenas began to fill again. Parklifers have plenty of acts to look forward to on this – hopefully dry – evening.
Among them are Lewis Capaldi, Megan Thee Stallion, Eric Prydz and American rapper Tyler, The Creator, who will headline the main stage.
