Heard ordered to pay $10.35 million (approximately $14.65 million) in damages to depp as result.

The judge, one of five men on the seven-member jury, said: GMA that Heard’s emotional testimony at the trial was unrealistic. Look above.

“Many of the jury felt something” [Depp] said, at the end of the day, was more believable,” the juror added.

“He just seemed a little more real in terms of how he responded to questions. His emotional state was very stable the whole time.”

As Heard told NBC News this week: “I think even the most well-meaning juror… it would have been impossible to avoid this.”

The juror denied such allegations on social media, saying, “We’ve been following the evidence…myself and other jurors don’t use Twitter or Facebook. Others who had it made a point of not talking about it.”

“What I think is the truth is that they both insulted each other,” the juror concluded.

“I don’t think that makes either right or wrong… but to get to the level of what she claimed, there wasn’t enough or any evidence to really support what she was saying.”

“She goes to a talk show in the UK and the video shows her sitting there and the presenter says she gave away all that money,” the judge said. “The terms she used in that video clip were, ‘I gave it away, I donated it, it’s gone.’ But the fact is, she didn’t give much of it away.”

Heard told NBC News that she has “committed” her $7 million settlement to charity and is still committed to donating it over time.
