LONDON: British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Monday won a no-confidence vote provoked by his Conservative MPs and will remain as leader, but the scale of the uprising leaves his future in doubt.
About 211 MPs voted to keep Johnson as party leader and thus prime minister, but 148 voted to remove him — more than 40 percent of his lawmakers.
