Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are the ultimate adventure partners.
In a post via Instagram on Friday, the Live with Kelly and Ryan co-host posted a photo of herself and her husband Consuelos, both 51, climbing in the heat.
“Couple therapy,” Ripa wrote in the caption.
The TV personality shared several moments from their adventure with her followers.
In a photo shared via Instagram Stories, fans saw the pair climb the cliff together. “Love on the rocks,” Ripa wrote. In another story, she wrote, “On the rocks with @instasuelos.”
Consuelos appears to have reached the top of the mountain in an additional shot where he looks at the view from above. “Making it look more dramatic than it is,” she wrote.
The couple celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary in May and shared some sweet throwback photos and tributes to each other on Instagram. “26 years with the love of my life!” Ripa captioned her message.
“Happy Birthday! 26 years. Penguin status,” Consuelos wrote, while also posting the art of two penguins holding hands with the words “partner for life” above their heads.

Ripa also shared a video on her Instagram story where they both have breakfast and wish each other happy birthday with a kiss. When she asked for wise words, Consuelos replied: “Find someone who will make you coffee, toast and a small breakfast on your wedding day…for all the boys out there.”
Ripa also showed off the pink and white floral arrangement Consuelos had bought her for the occasion. “Best husband award recipient,” Ripa wrote.
She and Consuelos eloped on May 1, 1996, after meeting on set the year before all my children† They share sons Michael, 25, Joaquin, 19, and daughter Lola, 21.
Michael wished his parents a happy birthday and tagged them in a cheeky Instagram Story that featured images of Godzilla and King Kong. “Happy Birthday Mom and Dad!” He wrote.

The couple’s oldest child also recently had a party of his own when he attended the New York University graduation ceremony at Yankee Stadium to receive his diploma.
While Michael officially graduated from school in 2020, an in-person ceremony was postponed at the time due to COVID restrictions.

Michael, who studied film in college, was also supported by his brother and sister during the ceremony, as seen in a sweet family photo posted to their father’s Instagram story.
Consuelos also snapped a crazy photo from the stands of his graduating son wearing his purple gown and cap.
