Khloe Kardashian revealed that she passed out as a result of the stress caused by Tristan Thompson’s false scandal.
In a teaser for the new episode of The Kardashians, Khloé is seen packing her things and confiding in her sisters about the emotional toll the controversy with her on-off partner has taken on her.
“I’m so anxious. I passed out recently,” she says while on the phone with her younger sister Kendall Jenner.

Kendall promptly responds, “What? Khloé…when did you pass out?”
An overwhelmed Khloé simply replies, “You know…”
The upcoming episode will cover Thompson’s much-discussed cheating scandal, and the teaser kicks off with Kim Kardashian calling out a “family gathering.”
When core members of the Kardashian family meet — including Kim, Kourtney Kardashian and Kris Jenner — they look concerned when Khloe doesn’t show up.
Kourtney asks, “Is Khloé coming?”
“Khloé just texted me that she’s not coming,” replies a concerned Kim.
Kris weighs in on the situation: “I think the longer it takes without really expressing her feelings can be very alienating and lonely.”

The sneak peek also includes footage of Khloé addressing the scandal directly, saying, “I wanted to believe that Tristan could change. I wanted to trust him.”
Last year, Thompson admitted to having an ongoing sexual relationship with Maralee Nichols after she sued him for child support and pregnancy-related charges, and claimed they fathered a child together on March 13, 2021 – Thompson’s 30th birthday.
The NBA star was reportedly still dating Khloé during this period and, per The Kardashians, The reality star only told about his infidelity after the news was published in tabloids.
In addition to his child with Nichols, Thompson is father to daughter True, three, who he shares with Khloé, plus son Prince, four, who he shares with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig.

Khloé and Thompson’s relationship has been rocked by numerous cheating allegations since they first started dating in 2016.
