Man fights for life after alleged burglary at Victorian fish and chip shop

Police believe a man broke into the store on Corangamite Drive in Corio about 5 a.m. when he got into an argument with another man.

The exact circumstances of the incident have yet to be determined.

The injured man, believed to be in his twenties, was taken to hospital in critical condition.

The other man is talking to police.
