Energy Minister Chris Bowen has been asked for his thoughts on Sydney’s Vivid festival, given the ongoing energy crisis.
At a media conference on Tuesday, Mr Bowen declined to interfere with the issue of the Sydney light show, and the urging residents on Australia’s east coast to conserve power.
“I’m not here specifically to comment on Vivid or the actions — it’s a major event on Sydney’s calendar,” Bowen said.
“A lot of people have made plans to see it, however long it takes.
“I’m not here to comment on that.”
