Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office Advises Residents of Declared Sexual Predators Now Living on Watergate Circle in Boca Raton

BOCA RATON, FL – Pursuant to Chapter 775 of the Florida Sexual Predators Act, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office is advising the public about a declared sexual predator, Terrance Johnson who lives in it now 11934 Watergate Circle, Boca Raton, FL 33428

Under Chapter 775.21 of the Florida Statutes and Constitution, specifically the Florida Sexual Predators Act, the state has a compelling interest in protecting the public from sexual predators and in protecting children from predatory sexual activity. The Florida legislature has determined that there is sufficient justification to require sexual predators to register and to require community and public notice of the presence of sexual predators.
