People flee for safety after explosion of poisonous gases in Jordan

A leak of toxic chlorine gas at a Jordanian port has killed 11 people and injured more than 250 others.

A tank filled with 25 tons of toxic material fell due to a crane failure, leading to an explosion upon impact with the ship.

A large cloud of bright yellow gas spread across the ground, causing people to flee for their safety.

Residents of the local municipality have been urged to stay indoors and close windows and doors.
