Ray Liotta’s daughter posts touching tribute to late father

Two weeks later Ray Liotta‘s death, his daughter has broken her silence to pay tribute to the 67-year-old actor.

“Those who knew him loved him,” Karsen Liotta caption a photo of her as a child, posing with her father. “You are the best father anyone could wish for. I love you. Thanks for everything.’

Liotta died in his sleep on May 26while a new movie was being shot in the Dominican Republic, Dangerous Waters† He was an acclaimed actor known for his tough boy roles in such films as goodfellaslike Field of dreams.

A source told People Liotta was with his betrothed at the time of his death.

Shortly after his death his fiancée Jacy Nittolo shared a touching tributecalled him the “most beautiful person” she had ever known.

“My life for the past few years has been nothing but truly magical,” she wrote. “Ray and I share a deep love that I will cherish forever in my heart. We laughed daily and we were inseparable.

Liotta married fellow actor Michelle Grace in 1997 and they had Karsen, now 23, before divorcing in 2004.

In fact, Karsen was the one who introduced her father to his new fiancée. Liotta told Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest shared last September that his daughter met Nittolo’s son Chazz at a party, and thought their parents would be fine.

Apparently, Nittolo initially wanted “nothing to do with an actor”, but luckily decided to give him a chance.

Liotta announced his engagement to Nittolo in December 2020, in a rare post on his Instagram, where he wrote: “Christmas wishes come true. I asked the love of my life to marry me, and thank goodness she said yes!!! “
