Sachin Tendulkar praised Taapsee Pannu’s Shabaash Mithu trailer and even took to his Twitter handle to write a note for the same. Sachin shared Sourav Ganguly’s tweet, writing: “The #ShabaashMithuTrailer is heartwarming. Mithali has inspired millions of people to dream and follow their passion and I look forward to seeing this film. Shabaash Mithu movie details

Shabaash Mithu is slated for a July 15, 2022 release. It stars Taapsee Pannu in the titular role of Mithali Raj with Mumtaz Sorcar as Jhulan Goswami and Vijay Raaz as the coach. Shabaash Mithu is directed by Srijit Mukherji and produced by Viacom 18 Studios. According to the reports, Taapsee Pannu was finalized to play the role on Mithali Raj’s birthday in 2019. Shooting was completed in November 2021. It was scheduled for a February release, but was delayed. Taapsee praises Mithali

When Mithali Raj announced her retirement, Taapsee Pannu began describing her journey on screen.
