Sadio Mane arrives in Munich to complete his transfer from Liverpool to Bayern. What are the details of the deal?

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Senegalese Sadio Mane arrived in the German city of Munich on Tuesday to complete his transfer from Liverpool to Bayern Munich.

Video clips showed Mane wearing the Bayern Munich shirt as he met the fans and the press.

Media reports indicate that Mane has successfully completed the first part of the medical examination, before the official announcement of the deal tomorrow, Wednesday.

Euro Sport reported that the deal will cost Bayern Munich around 40 million euros ($42 million) and that the contract will be 3 years.

It remains on Sadio Mane’s contract with Liverpool for one more season until the summer of 2023, before it was agreed that he would leave for Bavaria.

Mane, 30, joined the Reds in 2016, hailing from Southampton, having played 269 games with Liverpool in various competitions, scoring 120 goals and assisting 48 others.

Mane won 6 titles with Liverpool: the Champions League, European Super, Club World Cup, English Premier League, English League Cup and FA Cup.
