Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – German club Bayern Munich is on the point of canceling its contract with Liverpool striker Sadio Mane, Senegal, after intense negotiations with the Reds government.
Media reports indicated that the deal is valued at €32 million ($33 million), in addition to incentives and variables that could increase the total value of the deal to €40 million (about $42 million).
And journalist Fabrizio Romano, an expert on the transfer market, explained that Bayern will sign Mane for three seasons, as he wrote on Twitter: “Bayern Munich will pay €32 million for Sadio Mane, the contract is scheduled to be signed, and it’s valid until June 2025.”
“Liverpool wanted to sign striker Nunez to agree to Mane’s departure,” said Fabrizio Romano, pointing out that “The Reds will have additions, bringing the total value of the deal to €40 million.”

And Fabrizio Romano continued: “Mane will arrive in Germany next Tuesday to undergo medical examinations.”
Sadio Mane will be Bayern Munich’s third deal in the current summer transfer window, following Dutch club duo Ajax: Ryan Gravenburch and Nassir Mazrouai, in recent days.
Mane’s contract with Liverpool will expire in the summer of 2023 and he joined the team in 2016 from Southampton, England.
Mane played 269 games with Liverpool in various competitions, scoring 120 goals and assisting 48 others.
Mane won 6 titles with the Reds: the Champions League, the European Super, the Club World Cup, the English Premier League, the English League Cup and the FA Cup.
