Sarah Jessica Parker tired of people labeling her normal aging process as “brave”.

The Sex and the city star spoke this week about her going gray, and why she just accepted it and moved on.

“It’s been months and months of conversation about how brave I am to have gray hair,” she said To tempt† “I was like, please applaud someone else’s courage over something!”

Last year, paparazzi photos of the actress went viral as so many people cheered her on for embracing her natural hair color.

The actress is now a spokesperson for RoC skincare’s #LookForwardProject, which aims to celebrate women’s aging in an effort to turn the fear of growing old into “joy of life”.

In the same interview, Parker says women’s fears around aging are linked to misogyny, something she hopes to help combat.

“There’s such a tremendous amount of attention and focus on women and aging,” she told In style She noted that in the photos that went viral, she is sitting next to Andy Cohen, who has “a full head of beautiful gray hair. But nobody mentioned him, he was sitting next to me,” she said. “I’m not angry, it’s just an observation.”

The 59-year-old actress went on to talk about how we should celebrate all the good things that come with getting older.

“We spend so much time talking about the accumulation of time spent adding up wrinkles, and the craziest thing we don’t say comes down to being better at your job, better as a friend, better as a daughter better as a partner, better as a caregiver, better as a sister,” she said To tempt

Recently, the star opened up about the alleged “feud” between her and former co-star Kim Cattrall, who was not involved in the Sex and restarting the city.

“There is no ‘fight’ going on. There is no public dispute or spit or conversations or allegations made by me or anyone on my behalf,” she told the podcast Awards Chatter
