According to Sky Sports transfer market specialist Fabrizio Romano, Manchester United have reached an agreement with Barcelona on the value of the deal through his account on “Twitter”.
The deal will cost Manchester United €85 million, consisting of a fixed amount of €75 million and additional variable remuneration of €10 million.
But the player’s personal terms have not yet been agreed, as De Jong’s first wish is to stay at Barcelona so far and Manchester United must persuade him to move to Old Trafford.
