Students will get ‘false report cards’ if the grading system is revised

Sky News presenter James Morrow says parents “won’t know” if their children are doing poorly in class if independent schools overhaul the grading system.

“Essentially, you’re going to pay $20,000, $30,000, or $40,000 a year and you get these fake report cards that mean nothing,” he said.

“You don’t know if your child is doing well, but more importantly, you don’t know if he is doing badly.”
