There has been an ‘interesting exchange’ between Emmanuel Macron and Joe Biden

There has been an “interesting exchange” between French President Emmanuel Macron and US President Joe Biden at the G7, which “came to light this morning,” said Sky News political editor Andrew Clennell.

Mr Macron was seen talking to the US president about oil and gas supplies and prices.

“Was it intentional to do this in front of journalists?” said Mr. Clennell.

Macron appears to be pointing out to Biden that with the loss of Russia’s oil and gas supply, we now have major problems with the supply and prices of what he is hearing from leaders in the Persian Gulf.
