Tom Hanks swears and yells at the crowd after punching Rita Wilson

It even seems like the nicest man in Hollywood will break every now and then – and he has to threaten his wife to do it.

Tom Hanks lashed out at a crowd in New York City, who stood outside an elevator in a lobby and punched his wife, Rita Wilsonhard from behind.

In viral footage captured and then sold by paparazzi, Wilson, 65, can be seen panting and stumbling forward after the crowd thronged her, before turning around and telling the crowd, “Stop it.”

That was too much for Hanks, and the… Toy Story star then yelled at the group, “Back the fk off!”

“Knock over my wife!” Hanks, 65, also yelled at the crowd.

The moment was captured by someone in the crowd and the images have since gone viral.
