Vince Russo Says Several WWE Stars Are “Totally Misplaced”

Former WWE head writer Vince Russo believes Bianca Belair and many other stars have been misplaced by the company.

WWE’s EST is the current RAW Women’s Champion, holding the title since she knocked Becky Lynch off the throne at WrestleMania 38. She’s part of a stacked roster from the red brand that includes big names like Randy Orton, Seth Rollins and Asuka.

Speaking on the wrestling friend show, Vince Russo said he’s a fan of Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair and Riddle, but he thinks they aren’t booked correctly in WWE like many of the stars he likes.

“I think Rhea Ripley is a murderer, I think they are using her wrong. They have no idea how to use this woman, but I think she is a star. I think Bianca Belair is a star, I think she’s misplaced, I think Riddle is good, I think it’s misplaced. So a lot of the people I really like and admire, I just think they’re totally misplaced,” Russo said. [1:17:33 – 1:17:59]

When someone in the chat said that Bianca Belair is not miscast, Russo said he disagrees and thinks she has talent but she is definitely miscast.

Vince Russo Doesn’t Think Theory Is A Television Star

The former WWE writer has shared his honest thoughts on Theory, stating that the current United States champion is not a television star.

Vince Russo brought up legends like Ultimate Warrior and Bret Hart, who he said looked like stars and belonged on TV.

“Again bro, huh [Theory] has lost his number of matches. You know, it’s hard because I’m going back to guys like Savage and Perfect and Ultimate Warrior and Bret Hart and Razor Ramon. I go to guys like this and I look at the guys today and I’m like, you’re not stars. You’re not evolved as stars, you don’t look like stars,” Russo said.

Theory is recognized as the youngest American champion in WWE history and is touted as the protege of Vince McMahon. It remains to be seen if he can become a huge star in the coming years.
