Scotland’s John Henderson and Peter Wright hope to keep their World Cup of Darts crown in Frankfurt

Scotland begin their defense of their World Cup of Darts title against Hong Kong, with the draw confirmed for the tournament in Germany in June – live on Sky Sports.

Peter Wright and John Henderson, who secured the title with a 3-1 win over Austria in Jena last year, will join forces again, with their first assignment taking on Hong Kong duo Lok Yin Lee and Ho Tung Ching.

Top seeds England, represented by Michael Smith and James Wade, will compete against Adam Gawlas and Karel Sedlacek from the Czech Republic.

Gerwyn Price and Jonny Clayton will reunite for the 2020 champions in Wales for the fifth consecutive year, when the runner-up takes on the Philippines in their opener.

A new Dutch team, consisting of Danny Noppert and Dirk van Duijvenbode, will compete together for the first time against Brazil.

Belgium, the runners-up of 2013 and the five-time semi-finalists, will face Japan, the number two Australia in 2012 will face Lithuania and the two-time semi-finalists Northern Ireland will play Gibraltar.

Host nation Germany kicks off their campaign against Spain, while the selection of the unseeded tires will see the Republic of Ireland’s runner-up in 2019 take on Canada, and last year’s finalists Austria, Finland.
